The family friendly 5k run and 1.4mi walk will be held rain or shine Saturday, October 5th, starting at 9:00 am. Start and finish are at VFW Post 5594 at 15 Milford Street (Rt. 140), Upton, MA 01568.  It's a great way to be fit, have fun and support a worthy cause.
