Upton VFW Post 5594 is excited to host another season of Cruise Nights on the Post grounds. Mark your calendars for Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) beginning the day after Memorial Day and continuing in June, July, and August, plus the first Tuesday in September.
Classic Cars and Trucks, Antiques, Muscle Cars, Street Rods and Motorcycles are welcome. Come out and enjoy great food and fun in Upton, MA.
The event runs from 5 p.m. to dusk. There is no entry fee or admission charge (donations welcome). Soft drinks, water, burgers, hot dogs, and chips will be available for purchase. Singing DJ (if available) provides a diverse song selection.
Who can come to the show?
This show is open to the public and everyone is welcome!
Hot rods, barn finds, classics, resto-mods, stock, modified, motorcycles - we welcome it all!
Is this a family friendly event?
Absolutely! We want to keep the love for cars going through the younger generations.
Please be respectful of the cars and the owner's wishes. Many of the cars that attend are very expensive and owners do not want spectators climbing on or throughout the vehicles.
Will there be food and refreshments available?
Soft drinks, water, burgers, hot dogs, and chips will be available for purchase.
Do I have to pay to attend?
There is no entry fee or admission charge to show cars or spectators. Donations are welcome. We generally have a donation box located at the grill beneath our carport. We may also accept donations at the entrance should we have enough day-of-event volunteers.
Do I have to pre-register for this show?
No. There is no registration required for this show.
Is this a judged show?
No. Don't be deterred from coming if you feel that your car is not "trophy worthy". We welcome all cars to our show! This is a weekly show throughout the summer with many familiar faces returning each week.
That said, we're open to the idea of having a judged show. End of summer event? Let us know!
Can I reserve a spot for a friend?
No, we are not able to reserve spots for friends. If you want to park together, please show up together.
Where do spectators park?
Spectators are suggested to park in the shared parking lot between the VFW and the Upton Community Center. We will have signage directing you to the spectators' preferred row of about 15 parking spaces. For those visiting the playground or Community Center, we will have separate signage directing you to a block of approximately 26 spaces on a first come, first serve basis.
Parking is also available one block over on Grove Street. Both the paved and adjoining gravel lot across from the Risteen Building (former Upton Library) are available after 5PM weekdays.
